Executive Summary

AANP is transitioning from Aptify to Salesforce, with Salesforce taking over key functions for marketing, e-commerce and member management. The new Salesforce solutions, including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI features through Einstein, will enable AANP to streamline operations, enhance member engagement, and drive better insights through automation and advanced analytics.

Salesforce Edition

AANP has purchased the Unlimited Salesforce Edition.

What does it include?

Maximizes your success and extends it across the entire enterprise. It gives you new levels of platform flexibility for managing and sharing all your information on demand. Includes all Enterprise Edition functionality, Premier Support, full mobile access, unlimited custom apps, increased storage limits, and other features.

Bring together the best of Salesforce with Einstein 1 Edition. Includes all Unlimited Edition functionality with productivity-boosting add-ons. Unlock data and tools critical for trusted, relevant AI. Available for Sales, Service, and Industry product areas.

Contract Terms

The initial contract term with Salesforce is 5 years for all products listed below. At anytime, we can add more solutions. It would be recommended in most instances to line up the end dates of any new solutions with the existing one. We can negotiate shifting our alloted contact amounts to other solutions or removing budget from one solution and moving it into another.
